Because it was excellent, made me feeling safe, well treated for every member of staff treated me respect.

As a family we have been totally supported by all the staff. So very kind, my husband is so much happier to be here, and so well cared for.

I gave this answer as it is she deserved. Liz in compassionate, understanding and a good listener. Right from my first visit I was treated with respect and dignity. I was immediately put at ease and felt I had known her for years I have nothing but adminstration for the work she does, Liz is a total credit to her profession and I cannot sing her praises enough.

Carry on doing what you are doing now, you have the right formula.

If longer wsh basins were available, bath would no be needed as often I feel there is a lot of energy wasted.

Extremely attentive staff. Nothing failed too much to ask for. Always kind and friendly. Active and genuine listening. Amazing at accomodating my food needs and all food has been delicious. Frequent visits and updates from doctors, social workers etc.
Suggested improvements
I have not loved the bed. Not always comfortable despite nurses attempts to adjust the setting. Sometimes did not feel supporting the part of my back that hurts.
